Coaching

$60/session

A session is 55 minutes via Google Meet or phone, and includes a summary email after each session. During the 30-minute consultation call how many sessions based on your goal(s) will be discussed. 

Coaching can only be successful if we are working towards a goal. We will work together to find clarity around your goal, then use our time together and outside of sessions to make progress on your goal. Coaching is about helping our clients tune in to their inner wisdom and giving them tools, practice, and opportunities to dial in to themselves and their power within. Coaching can also provide a space to examine what is within and what is the environment we are in.

Facilitation

$ Price determined by scope of project and hours needed to adequately prepare. 

Let us help you gather the wisdom in a room, and have things run smoothly. Clear proactive communication will occur on the 30-minute consultation as well as a quote and/or contract before services begin.
