We are all capable of finding joy, ease, and purpose in our lives and I am at my best when I am helping others seek theirs. Years ago, I decided to stop letting shame enter my body. I greet it at the door, ask it some questions with curiosity, thank it for illuminating a topic of importance but I do not let it in. Since making this decision, my life has become alive as I have become mindful of the hamster wheel, gaining control of what environments I place myself in and understanding why. I learn from life’s mistakes and remain open to what’s possible. Life is hard yet there are beautiful and brilliant people all around us if we stop to look around and align within.

I love helping people find the confidence to be brave, feel validation when heard, and find their voice to be known. I love when I see people’s authenticity shine from the inside out.
